Position Summary: Trinity Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Temporary Floater Property Manager to support multiple residential properties across Boston and surrounding areas. This role ensures that all property operations run smoothly and efficiently by providing leadership, consistency, and hands-on support across assigned sites. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized professional who can work independently, build strong relationships, and maintain compliance with company policies and housing regulations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with company and industry standards Manage rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting Supervise and support site teams to maintain high-quality service Complete resident recertifications, inspections, and capital improvement coordination Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and partner agencies Attend board meetings and prepare reports as needed Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, MSDS, and all applicable regulations Qualifications: Proven experience in property management (affordable and/or mixed-income housing preferred) LIHTC certification and/or CPO, COS, or equivalent required Knowledge of Yardi and other property management software preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to travel between multiple properties as needed Benefits & Compensation: $90,000 annual salary 15 days Paid Time Off Medical, dental, and life insurance 401(k) plan Paid holidays Tuition reimbursement Join Us: If you’re passionate about community impact and skilled in property management, we encourage you to apply today.
