Your Role on the Team This recruitment is for a Temporary Full-Time Food Service Worker (M-F, 8am-5pm), based out of our UCI Health - Los Alamitos location. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Assemble and serve meals according to established portion and presentation standards. Deliver food items to designated service areas in a timely manner. Perform dishwashing and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and dining areas. Follow sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures at all times. What It Takes to be Successful Required: Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English. Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Preferred: Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a healthcare setting. Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment. Customer service experience. Food Handler certification.
