East Central Alberta Catholic Separate School Division invites applications for the position of a full-time Educational Assistant at Blessed Sacrament School in Wainwright, Alberta. The school is looking for a candidate with the following credentials: Experience working with young children. Experience and willingness to work with students with Autism Spectrum disorder. Experience with adaptive communication methods.
Experience offering personal care support. Capable of working in a team and collaborating with a teacher in a classroom environment. The position starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found, and the contract shall terminate on April 30, 2025. This position is subject to the ECCS-CUPE (Canadian Union of Public Employees) Support Staff Collective Agreement.
