We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be being able to assist customers in finding the right products while ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales or retail environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
• A proactive attitude towards upselling and meeting sales targets.
