• Monitoring daily activities on piling grounds to ensure employees, contractors and truck drivers are working in compliance within Lantic safe work standards
• Document daily safety observations and peer to peer observations
• Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance safety culture
• Perform onsite inspections and communicate any corrective actions
• Lead and/or assist with incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis
• Assist with transportation of injured workers from receiving stations to medical care centre
• Present new employee safety orientation and complete onsite training
• Distribute PPE to new employees and to receiving station supervision
• Identify hazardous work conditions and work with onsite supervision to remove and/or correct hazards
