TEMPORARY HIGHER EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

We are seeking highly capable and motivated Higher Executive Officers as we work with a number of public bodies based in Dublin . Reporting to and supporting an Assistant Principal, you will play a central role in driving organisational change and delivering key projects and policies. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success and development of a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead teams, projects, and budgets to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and review policies in line with strategic goals.
  • Advise and liaise with senior management and company directors on performance and operational matters.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster effective collaboration across departments and with external partners.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, projects, and budgets.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of Irish public sector or business regulations is advantageous.
  • Competency in the Irish language is desirable but not essential.
