Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an hourly-rated temporary position.

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on relevant websites
  • Download CVs from relevant platforms
  • Screen and evaluate candidate applications
  • Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews
  • Support in arranging business card printing orders
  • Support in contract issuance, consolidation and verification for payment processing
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably with specialization in Business, HR Resources or equivalent
  • Possess a basic understanding of Singapore’s employment laws and fair employment guidelines
  • Meticulous, with high integrity and adaptive to changes
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • On-the-job training will be provided
