Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an hourly-rated temporary position.
- Assist in posting job vacancies on relevant websites
- Download CVs from relevant platforms
- Screen and evaluate candidate applications
- Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews
- Support in arranging business card printing orders
- Support in contract issuance, consolidation and verification for payment processing
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably with specialization in Business, HR Resources or equivalent
- Possess a basic understanding of Singapore’s employment laws and fair employment guidelines
- Meticulous, with high integrity and adaptive to changes
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- On-the-job training will be provided
