The purpose of this position is to coordinate for the Human Resources Department and be highly engaged with employees. This position performs a variety of administrative and customer service duties, including the delivery of recruitment and onboarding processes and training. This position requires a self-efficient, self-motivated, and customer-service oriented individual. Pay Rate The hourly range is from $28.53 to $32.49, depending on experience, plus full benefits. Must complete ICS 100 and ICS 700 within the first year of employment. Qualifications/Education Two (2) years of experience in a directly related field, or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required. Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of required experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
