POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Operations, the Temporary IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support for foundation community members, including desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, wired and wireless networks, software and cloud services.
This is a part-time position at 32 hours a week, based in our offices in New York City. This is a temporary position that is expected to last one month, with the possibility of an extension.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field or equivalent experience

Desired Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience troubleshooting and supporting Apple devices including Macs, iPhones and iPads
  • Experience with macOS MDM solutions such as Jamf
  • Experience administering and supporting Google Workspace, Dropbox and Slack
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra or other identity management/SSO platforms

Physical Requirements
