TEMPORARY LEGAL SECRETARY

Big bonus: Free parking on-site
Duration: For the month of July to cover annual leave of existing secretaries (+/- a couple of days either side for hand over / hand back)
Hourly rate: £14.00 - 15.30 p/hour (DOE £28-30k equivalent p/annum)
Pay: Weekly pay, via PAYE
Hours: 9.00-5.00 / 9.30-5.30 - to be agreed with successful candidate.
We are looking for a legal secretary, free for the month of July to help out whilst the existing secretary is on holiday.
You’ll be providing support to the partners - manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth operations until their return.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in a law firm is essential.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive mindset are required.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to partners.
• Manage diaries, book travel, and arrange meetings.
• Handle expense management and ad hoc tasks.
