We are currently recruiting for a Litigation Attorney to work on a temporary basis for our client, a leading provider in enviromental and industrial services.

• Work with the commercial litigation team in the management of a broad range of cases, including but not limited to a complex contract disputes, government-led investigations, and regulatory compliance matters. Includes, but not limited to contract and customer/vendor disputes.
• Work closely with business leaders on multifaceted legal issues in the heavily regulated environmental services industry.
• Manage a wide variety of disputes and litigation matters throughout the United States and Canada.
• Advised Company stakeholders on a range of legal matters with a focus on commercial disputes and insured risks.

This client is in need of an attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience, 2+ years of this should include commercial litigation (for example contracts and business disputes; construction and/or environmental litigation a plus). At least some in-house litigation experience (as opposed to solely law firm), highly desirable. This is to cover a maternity leave.
Duration: mid-September - May/June
Schedule: 40 hours/week; 3 days/week in office, 2 days/week remote (ideally, someone could do some weeks of 4 days in/1 day remote as they get up to speed).
