Description This is a seasonal/temporary position from now until December 12, 2025. Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:30AM - 4:30PM CST. Hours will change sometime in November due to peak season order volume and will be provided with notice. Machine operators may work with mechanical or computer-operated equipment. They must be technically-inclined and be able to properly utilize tools and machinery. To be successful as an operator you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding operator should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality. Requirements Essential Duties/Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Following health and safety standards. Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor. Assembling products and parts. Following production guidelines and specifications. Finalizing and packaging products for shipment. Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment. Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products. Working on the production line and meeting production targets. Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty. Operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process. Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order. Performing other tasks as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Able to work as part of a team. Dependable and punctual. Good communication skills. Physical dexterity. Detail-oriented. Aptitude for math, problem-solving and computers. Have a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Available for shift work. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience working in a factory preferred. Responsibilities
