We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Consultants to join our dynamic temporary team in the Norfolk area.
You are in complete control of when you work. We will offer cover and you say yes or no, it is that simple.
To qualify for this role you must have previous new homes experience
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the home purchasing process, showcasing our new home developments, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in helping clients find their dream homes while achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our company.

SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A genuine passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
