Job Responsibilities: Assist in classification of Octopus card condition Responsible for card / product quantity verification. Perform Inventory Report updating Handle order tasks including packaging, delivery etc. Support warehouse operations, e.g. assist in coordination of warehouse storage space Monitor outsourcing vendor card cleaning performance Support initialize and issue card process and online shop product order follow up Providing general clerical and administrative support as instructed by supervisor and manager Ensuring the delivery of service and work adhere to KPI and service standard Support to conduct UAT for system change or enhancement as assigned by supervisor Working in locations other than office premises in Card Centre or headquarters for project support when required Primary work location in Tsuen Wan Risk and Compliance related duties Ensure the processes and tasks performed are adhered to the internal control requirements and compliance requirements Attend risk and regulatory related training to ensure understanding of the control requirements and escalate if there is any risk event is identified Attend internal training provided by manager or supervisor for new procedures and system change to ensure understanding and familiarity to the new procedures Support to achieve satisfactory results on HKMA examinations, external & internal audits and ensure no overdue outstanding comments and all responses will be implemented as per target completion date Requirements: HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects passed (Grade E/Level 2) including English, Chinese and Mathematics Minimum 1 year’s clerical working experience Knowledge of system enhancement requirement analysis and testing cases preparation is preferred Familiar with MS Office applications Accurate and fast English and Chinese typing speed not less than 35 wpm Good numerical sense Strong interpersonal skills and customer service awareness Possess logical and analytical skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese We offer successful candidate an attractive remuneration package and excellent career prospects.
