Position Overview The Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished products. Your work will directly impact the production flow and overall supply chain effectiveness by maintaining organized inventory and timely order fulfillment. The Warehouse Associate will collaborate closely with production teams, logistics, and quality control to support seamless operations. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a secure and productive warehouse environment. Tasks and Responsibilities •  Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming materials and products. •  Organize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility. •  Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. •  Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment. •  Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management. •  Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve issues. •  Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities •  Basic computer skills •  Detail oriented •  Basic math skills •  Ability to communicate professionally in English, written and verbal. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. •  Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Will be required to lift over 15 lbs. daily. •  Must be able to work overtime when required. •  Team Player Preferred Qualifications •  Electronics experience. •  Knowledge of SAP or comparable MRP system. •  High school diploma or equivalent level of experience.
