Responsibilities The Supply Chain Trainer will facilitate training for end-users on Ascension’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - Supply Chain Management (SCM) module. This role centers on system-based training to help users confidently complete supply chain tasks within the system. Training delivery includes stand-up sessions, virtual instruction, and elbow-to-elbow support. All content will be provided by the implementation partner. Availability is required during the initial 6-8 weeks go-live events, from June 30th through mid-October, as well as for key deployment milestones. Key Responsibilities: Deliver training on SCM modules: Procure-to-Pay, Requisitioning, Inventory, Order Management, Logistics, and other modules not specifically listed. Guide users through tasks like requisition creation, PO management, inventory adjustments, and order fulfillment. Facilitate hands-on training using sandbox environments and realistic process scenarios. Support learners with role-based navigation, task sequencing, and troubleshooting. Provide live support during training sessions and go-live events. Reinforce consistent system use and data entry standards. Requirements Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
