Description Temporary Order Entry Specialist – New Product Line Location: Tucson, AZ Department: Customer Service / Operations Employment Type: Temporary (Full-Time) 8am-4pm Location: 3761 E. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Order Entry Specialist to help support increased customer demand during this exciting period of growth. What You’ll Do Accurately enter customer orders into the company’s ERP/order management system. Review purchase orders for completeness, pricing, quantities, and shipping requirements. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Shipping to ensure timely order processing. Monitor order status and communicate updates to internal teams. Resolve order discrepancies and work with customers to obtain missing information. Maintain accurate customer and order records. Assist with processing changes, cancellations, and expedited requests. Support the launch of the new product line by ensuring orders are processed accurately and on schedule. Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous order entry, customer service, administrative, or data entry experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word). Experience with ERP or order management systems is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with strong accuracy and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and willingness to support a growing team. Why TM International?
