Description Schedule: As needed/will vary; weekend days (alternating), holiday season, evenings required Job Summary: Event Staff members play a key role in creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for our guests during special events at Wilson Farm. This role involves customer service, event set-up and clean-up, crowd management, and supporting the events team with a wide variety of tasks. Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, and reliable with a willingness to assist wherever needed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for all attendees. Hourly base rate of pay of $20.00, paid weekly in accordance with payroll schedule. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events (e.g., hayrides, tastings/samplings, festivals, holiday events). Assist with ticketing, registration, and crowd flow management as needed. Provide information about Wilson Farm products, services, and activities. Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout event areas, including trash collection and sanitization stations. Assist with decorating and preparing event spaces according to seasonal themes. Monitor activities to ensure a safe environment for children and families, immediately reporting any hazards or issues to a supervisor. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the events team. Qualifications Previous customer service or event experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in all weather conditions. Must be reliable and punctual, especially during peak event periods. Comfortable working with large crowds, including children and families. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs., and perform physical tasks related to event setup and teardown.
