Job Title: Temporary Part Time Export Administrator - Immediate start
Location: Baildon, BD17
Temporary Contract - Immediate start, for 6 months period
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000, pro rata depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10-2pm. (Flexible hours)

About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced, detail oriented Temporary Part Time Export Administrator to support their operations Team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with team members to maintain consistent levels of accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TEMPORARY PART TIME EXPORT ADMINISTRATOR:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via telephone and email, delivering excellent service and support.
  • Prepare and process export customs documentation and entries in compliance with regulations.
  • Check and send customer documentation, including printing bills of lading and invoices
  • Process customer bookings and input data into systems

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience of export sea freight is essential.
  • Strong administration and IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A proactive, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Self-motivated, conscientious, and a team player.
