We are currently seeking a highly motivated Payoll Executive (Temporary) to join our Shared Services Finance Team at the Nabua office, reporting to the Head of Payroll. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation! This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining payroll services in compliance with departmental, regional, and legislative requirements, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The position also requires the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Core responsibilities: Processing Fortnightly and Monthly payroll for related Pacific Markets using computerized Payroll system Pay global. Attending to Payroll related queries on timely manner. Preparing and Posting Payroll related Journals in GL (Great Plains). Reconciling and preparing monthly statutory Payments for respective Pacific markets. Ensure all payments are processed on a timely manner to relevant authorities and adequate receipts are obtained. Preparing month end Accruals, Provision and Journals based on the deadline provided by HOD. Providing support with cost analysis to respective markets financial controls and Accountants. Assist with internal and external Audit. Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role: Proficiency in the use of accounting & payroll software is a mandatory requirement.
