Temporary Pharmacist — Holiday Coverage Type: Temporary, full-time (seasonal) — immediate start Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week) Duration: ASAP through mid-January (holiday coverage); high likelihood of per-diem opportunities afterward Location: On-site at Good Pill (Lawrenceville / Sugarloaf Mills area) Compensation: Hourly, competitive and commensurate with experience About Good Pill At Good Pill we build a different kind of pharmacy — one focused on families, transparency, and affordability. What you’ll do (day-to-day) Accurately prepare, fill, and verify prescriptions in a high-volume mail-order pharmacy alongside pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Perform clinical checks and pharmacist-level verifications for technician-prepared fills. Record and communicate clinical interventions, corrections, and patient counseling in the chart. Coordinate with Patient Navigation and fulfillment teams to ensure timely shipments and a strong patient experience. Operate pharmacy management/dispensing software to process orders, create labels, and confirm accuracy. Follow state and federal pharmacy requirements and Good Pill standard operating procedures. Required qualifications (must-have) Active pharmacist license to practice in Georgia. At least 2 years of full-time retail pharmacist experience; high-volume retail settings preferred. Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of dispensing accuracy. Available to begin immediately and able to commit to Monday–Friday coverage through the holidays. Preferred / helpful experience Familiarity with Guardian, CarePointRx, or similar dispensing systems. Prior experience in mail-order, fulfillment, or other high-throughput pharmacy operations.
