We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to assist in the production of custom pin-back buttons and vinyl stickers. The work is hands-on, repetitive, and satisfying—perfect for someone who enjoys putting on headphones and getting into a rhythm. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and meeting daily quotas is expected.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available to work Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Additional weekday shifts will be scheduled as needed
• Ability to sit or stand for at least 4 hours at a time
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must meet daily production quotas
• Willingness to work independently and stay on task

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Some high school experience
• Prior experience in fast-paced or repetitive work environments is a plus
• We’re happy to train the right person!

As a production assistant, you’ll help with all aspects of button and sticker making, including:

• Cutting artwork
• Setting up and operating button-making machines (electric and hand presses)
• Pressing buttons
• Punching and packaging stickers
• Performing quality control
• Basic troubleshooting of equipment
• Packaging finished products
• General shop maintenance (sweeping, vacuuming, trash)
