We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee shall mainly assist the project team in the Quality Enhancement Support Scheme (QESS) project titled “Development of an AI-powered Virtual Laboratory Platform for Healthcare Education”). The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: · Providing administrative support to the project team; · Coordinating event logistics, scheduling meetings, and managing project-related documentation; and · Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by the Project Coordinator or Supervisor. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: · At least 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 subjects with Level 2 or equivalent in HKDSE, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics; · A Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines is preferred; · Good communication and writing skills in English and Chinese; · Good IT knowledge and competency in computer skills (including WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing); · Should be self-motivated, fast learning and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility; and · Preference will be given to those with experience in general administration/ supporting services in educational settings. Duration of Appointment 11 months Terms and Conditions for Appointment Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract.
