Staff Accountant / Senior Staff Accountant (Contract)
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to step in on a 2–3 month contract assignment, with the potential to extend. This role requires a hands-on individual who can quickly adapt, contribute to core accounting functions, and support the finance team during a critical period.
Location: [Hillside, IL
Schedule: Full-time, Contract (2–3 months, potential extension)
Pay Rate: $30.00–$40.00/hour (up to $45.00/hour for highly qualified candidates)
Start Date: ASAP

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
*
Prior experience as a Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, or similar role
*
Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains/Netsuite/Oracle ideal)
*
Strong general ledger, payroll, and reconciliation experience
*
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
*
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
