Overview Role: Temporary Purchasing Administrator Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire Role ID: 2025 - 3170 Salary: £15 per hour Ricardo in Leamington Spa are seeking a Temporary Purchasing Administrator for a period of up to 3 months. Key responsibilities Administration of indirect purchasing including raising and placing Purchase Orders. Follow-up correspondence and enquiry handling including expediting goods or services. Receipting services on the system and handling invoice queries. Expediting production parts – emailing / calling suppliers for update or confirmation dates. Key competencies, experience and behaviours Meticulous attention to detail is really important and persistence in gathering data and other requested information. Office administration experience. Highly organised. Good communication skills with ability to talk to and concisely and accurately email suppliers. Basic level of Microsoft Excel. Able to use email. Happy to work within a team and alongside other experienced professionals in a supportive team. Maths and English Minium GCSE Level 5 / C. Experience in purchasing in a manufacturing environment desirable but not essential. Experience of working with MRP/ERP systems for manufacturing desirable but not essential.
