THE POSITION

We are seeking a confident TEMPORARY Full-Time Receptionist. The candidate must be very personable, and have the ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have office experience
  • Must be fluent in English; both verbally and written
  • Must have strong computer knowledge with quick and accurate typing skills
  • Must be able to multitask in a very busy work environment
  • Must be a team player and able to assist others with changing priorities
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Punctual, dependable and hard working
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience working in a Real Estate would be an asset

Responsibilities

The role will be diverse and stimulating based in a dynamic work environment. The main responsibilities are:

  • Meeting and greeting realtors, clients, and visitors
  • Answering telephone enquiries and directing calls
  • Receive deposit cheques & packages
  • Coordination of various tasks such as completion of new listings, ordering titles, Corporate Searches, MLS sheets, and courier shipments
  • Send and receive information to office personnel and realtors in a timely fashion
  • Directing incoming mail and documents to correct personnel
  • Scanning and emailing of documents, and completion of various paperwork
  • Required strict adherence to company polices and procedures
