GENERAL SUMMARY

The purpose of the Recruiter role is a 12-month contract to support and own the full cycle recruiting of technical and operational positions within the UK region of the Celeros FT business. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner and works closely with hiring managers and the HR Operations team to develop, identify and execute strategies that support CELEROS talent acquisition initiatives. In addition, ensuring alignment with workforce planning needs, targets, and sourcing management.

  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent coordination & administrative skills
  • Technical recruitment background, especially recruiting blue collar trades & technical
  • Excellent written and verbal communication style in English
  • The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • A clear and distinct desire to achieve great results while growing both professionally and personally.
  • Experience using headhunting tools, as well as CRM systems
  • Experience with SAP/Success Factors an advantage

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ideally CIPD Qualified
  • Experienced in internal recruitment for a global, matrixed organization preferred
Responsibilities

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate/regional human resources and key business leaders in the Celeros FT organization.
  • Recruit new candidates from multiple sources, including targeted companies, referrals from our existing relationships, database research, and direct contact.
  • Maintain candidate database.
  • Build a network of technical and professional contacts within our specialization.
  • Manage and influence search processes from start through conclusion.
  • Provide support for placement of candidates, including setting up interviews, briefing candidates before their interview, and debriefing candidates following their interview.
  • Maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
  • Assist with any major initiatives or projects, such as the preferred vendors list, applicant tracking system enhancements, training field HR business partners, etc.
  • Support recruiting initiatives such as campus recruitment programs and corporate job fairs.
  • Support special projects for recruiting, including helping develop promotional materials, PowerPoint presentations, and marketing or communication materials specifically related to recruiting.
  • Develop and maintain personal recruiting metrics and track personal performance.
