REQUIREMENTS:

• Chefs who have worked to at least Sous Chef level with excellent all-round cooking skills
• Capable of jumping on any section and used to working in fast-paced kitchens with all fresh produce
• Chefs with DBS checks or who are willing to get one are required
• It is not essential to have your own transport but it is advantageous
