We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be expected to research and identify new developments and next practices in healthcare education and research (e.g., simulation, gamification, virtual reality, metaverse, artificial intelligence, big data analysis, etc.). The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Developing AI-based healthcare education applications (e.g., mobile apps and HTML5-based web apps); Developing agentic workflows for building healthcare education applications (e.g., image/video generation, emotional text-to-speech generation, etc.); Developing and organizing training workshops and teaching materials to promote AI-based teaching and learning, and educational research; and Working with teachers, researchers, developers and vendors to develop business requirement and specification of systems, and support system implementation and maintenance in various project stages. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Education or a related discipline; Strong leadership and project management skills; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Ability to work independently and effectively in a multidisciplinary team; A strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; and Good coordination, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
