Gift Creator / Dispatch
Funky Hampers are looking for staff, starting immediately, for various job roles to help with Christmas. These range from creating gifts to picking hampers ready for dispatch, dispatching gifts and stock management. All warehouse based where you will be required to be on your feet for the majority of the day.
Based on the A22 near Lower Dicker, East Sussex, you will be required to have an attention to detail as well as a great work ethic and be able to work at a really fast pace.
Full training is given and no experience is necessary although any experience with creating things, floristry or crafting can sometimes help.
Below is an example of the processes you may be involved with.
- Gluing mounts onto chocolate bars and other items
- Arranging the gifts to create a beautiful bouquet or hamper
- Packaging sweets
- Creating hampers
- Boxing and packaging various gifts
- Dispatching ready for our courier collection
- Helping with stock management
We are seeking full time staff members only with hours being Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with the option for additional overtime some evenings and weekends. We can’t consider part time. Our warehouse is on the A22 near Upper Dicker, BN27 4BZ. You will also be handling various different foods so this role may not be suitable for those with severe allergies.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work full time - Mon - Fri 9am - 5PM
Must be a fast learner and fast worker
Must be willing to take instruction on board
Must be able to stand up for most of the day
