Pharmacy Technician II + Customer Support Type: Temporary, full-time (seasonal) — immediate start Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week) Duration: ASAP through mid-January (through the holidays); strong possibility of future per-diem shifts Location: Good Pill pharmacy — Lawrenceville / Sugarloaf Mills area (on-site) Compensation: Hourly, competitive — commensurate with experience About Good Pill Good Pill is building the pharmacy of the future for families. Core responsibilities Dispense, verify, and prepare prescriptions accurately in a high-volume mail-order setting alongside a team of pharmacists and technicians. Provide pharmacist-level checks and clinical verification for prescriptions prepared by techs. Document and communicate clinical interventions, clarifications, and medication counseling as needed. Collaborate with Patient Navigation, Problem Solvers, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely shipments and excellent patient experience. Use pharmacy management / dispensing software to process orders, print labels, and confirm accuracy. Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and Good Pill SOPs. Minimum qualifications (must-have) Active pharmacist license in Georgia. Minimum 2 years of full-time retail pharmacy pharmacist experience; high-volume retail experience strongly preferred. Proven accuracy and attention to detail in dispensing workflows. Ability to start immediately and maintain consistent Monday–Friday availability through the holiday period. Nice-to-haves / plusses Experience with Guardian and/or CarePointRx (or similar dispensing/retail systems). Prior experience working in mail-order or high-throughput pharmacies.
