Express Recruitment are seeking an experienced SEN Finance Coordinator to join our fantastic client based in Leicester. They are seeking a competent individual who has experience in bookkeeping and accounts to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company that prioritises quality over quantity and offers a friendly working environment.
The successful candidate will oversee financial reports and would be happy to travel between different sites when required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Educated to degree level, or Part CCAB or AAT qualification
  • Use of technology to improve management information and working practices including Power BI, Fusion Analytics, Oracle Fusion or similar tools
  • Full driving licence to travel between sites
  • Enhanced DBS Required
  • Knowledge of relevant health safety and wellbeing policies

Responsibilities
  • To lead, effectively manage and develop the SEN Payments Finance function
  • To promote, deliver and develop finance best practice, customer-focussed services, through strong and effective management of resource with performance standards and targets
  • Provide oversight, governance, and leadership to deliver a safe, efficient, cost effective, customer-focused multi-disciplinary SEN Payments finance function that delivers services to meet the needs of both internal and external customers
  • Set staff performance targets that link to the effective delivery of team and departmental priorities
  • Lead or participate in departmental and partner agency projects and ensure that new developments are reflected in policies, practice, and operational procedures.
