Company Description Are you passionate about connecting technology professionals with the right opportunities? As a Temporary IT Recruiter at TOPdesk, you'll play a key role in helping us attract, hire, and onboard exceptional IT talent across our international organization. In this 6-month assignment, you'll independently drive recruitment processes for a variety of technical and IT-related vacancies and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. From intake and sourcing strategy to interviews, offer management, you'll take ownership of the entire hiring journey while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Job Description What you'll do In this role, you'll combine IT recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and to help TOPdesk achieve its hiring goals globally. You will: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of technical and IT-related vacancies across multiple countries. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies. Proactively source and approach IT professionals. Screen and assess candidates, conduct interviews, and guide hiring teams through the selection process. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and expectation management. Manage offer processes and support stakeholders throughout the hiring decision-making process. Use recruitment data, market insights, and talent intelligence to continuously improve hiring outcomes. Collaborate closely with recruiters, HR colleagues, and hiring managers across TOPdesk's international offices. Where will you work? You'll be part of TOPdesk's Global Recruitment team, supporting hiring activities across our international organization. While you'll be based in our Budapest office, you'll work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and recruiters across multiple countries. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine local collaboration with international impact. This is a temporary position for a period of 6 months. Qualifications Are you our new Temporary IT Recruiter? We're looking for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership, and finding creative ways to attract great technology talent. You: Have a Bachelor's degree level of thinking and working. Have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, either in-house, agency-side, or a combination of both. Have proven experience recruiting for technical and IT-related roles. Have a strong understanding of the technology talent market and the challenges of attracting highly skilled IT professionals. Are confident in proactively sourcing and approaching candidates through various channels and building strong talent pipelines. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and know how to advise, challenge, and influence stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Take ownership of your vacancies and independently manage recruitment processes from intake to offer. Enjoy translating business needs into effective recruitment strategies and realistic hiring plans. Use market insights and recruitment data to continuously improve your approach and hiring outcomes.
