REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in UX and visual design, ideally within enterprise or AI-driven product environments
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and visual design with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, managing requirements, and presenting design rationale
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and scalable design systems
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed global team and fast-paced agile environment
• Data-driven design mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Design user-centered, visually compelling, and functional product experiences for enterprise platforms
• Translate user needs and business requirements into high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and define cross-functional requirements
• Present design concepts and advocate for decisions based on user insights and business goals
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams in a fast-paced agile environment
• Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and design system guidelines
• Rapidly prototype and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of design systems to support scalability and brand consistency
