Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking a Temporary Senior Recruiter to join our team for a 3-month contract. This role is vital in supporting our immediate recruitment needs for various positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment and a strong ability to connect with potential candidates and understand their fit within our company culture. Your primary responsibilities will include developing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborating closely with department heads to fulfill hiring needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a short timeframe while helping to build a strong and diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across the organization. Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting, screening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs and provide guidance on best practices for hiring. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and any challenges faced during the process. Support initiatives to enhance the employer brand and promote Kaizen as an attractive workplace. Key skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate or asset management sector. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in recruitment processes. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS and HR software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing hiring needs.
