Temporary Site Merchandising Project Manager    Job Summary The Site Merchandising Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution, planning, and optimization of online merchandising initiatives to drive sales, improve site performance, and enhance the customer experience. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver high-impact ecommerce projects across site merchandising, internal search, promotions, taxonomy, and content deployment while ensuring operational excellence and timely execution. This role focuses on translating strategy into executional roadmaps, driving alignment across teams, and ensuring flawless delivery of site initiatives that impact revenue, conversion, AOV, and overall digital performance. Temporary Assignment * Currently 3-6 months but could be subject to change.  Key Roles and Responsibilities * Lead cross-functional project management across Site Merchandising * Execute digital merchandising initiatives that drive Sales, AOV, RPV, UPT, and Conversion; translate strategy into clear project plans aligned to business goals * Oversee the maintenance of the Site Merchandising project board and roadmap ensuring visibility, prioritization, and on-time delivery of initiatives * Oversee daily site operations including launches, PDP updates, pricing, category updates, and promotions to ensure accuracy and timely execution * Monitor and provide weekly reporting on site performance and KPIs to identify risks and optimization opportunities * Support internal search, SKU optimization, and taxonomy enhancements to improve product discoverability and customer experience * Support dropship merchandising as needed  Qualifications and Competencies * Bachelor’s degree required; Merchandising, Digital Retailing or Marketing preferred * 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, Site Merchandising, or digital project management * Experience leading Site Merchandising teams and collaborating cross-functionally  * Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Experience with Salesforce (or similar eCommerce platforms), Web Analytics Tools, Excel  * Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented * Customer-Led, Data-Driven Optimization * Manager-level experience with accountability for delivery and execution
