Responsibilities
  • Supports our network of new Pandora stores and multi brand dealers
  • Supports new store opening orders for Visual Merchandising displays and POSM
  • Orders seasonal wall graphics for Pandora stores
  • Communicates Visual Merchandising Display and POSM needs to store teams
  • Maintain store record files for planning POSM and Visual merchandising execution in store
  • Manage our CRM data base as well as additional programs
  • Creates floor plans for new and existing Pandora stores utilizing InDesign and/or Illustrator
  • Supports claims from our field and store teams related to POSM damages and replacements
  • Works cross functionally with Retail Operations and Sales teams to ensure our corporate objectives are being met
  • Works with the Creative and Go-To-Market teams on planning and execution

Craft your career with us if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Visual Merchandising, Retail, Store Planning)
  • 5+ years in Visual Merchandising & Retail; field-based experience a plus
  • Background in project management, store & merchandise planning, and customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) & Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about retail
