Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Senior Specialist Demand Planning for channels is responsible to contribute and support the business acting as reliable partner for distribution channels (DTC & Wholesales), fostering growth and value creation by cross-functional collaboration to achieve financial & strategic objectives, through data management, reporting, data Analysis among others with focus on enhance the Planning Process (integrated business planning (IBP), Rolling Demand Plan (RDP) and Inventory Management), providing accurate & timely information and visibility to support crucial decisions. Manage effective communication with self-team, stakeholders and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create / Maintain and provide reports and insights to support monthly interactions with DTC & Wholesales team in countries to improve RDP (Rolling Demand Plan) process & Accuracy.
  • Update and Consolidate information and insights related to pre-sales – OBM – BOH – Sell In performance– Forecast Tracking, RDP Among Others considering Key relevant metrics looking for enhance visibility and decision making for DP and Channels.
  • Prepare Analysis and reports oriented to give visibility in terms of (IBP – OTB – RDP – Inventory) as part of regular meetings.
  • Support relevant monthly and seasonal milestones of GTM Calendar such Channel Planning Alignment, Assumptions, Phasing etc. with Data validation and Cross Checks.
  • Data load and validation into SAC (IBP – Channel Demand Guidance) ensuring integrity of the Information.
  • Guarantee a consistent set of reporting to cover weekly needs for channels and self-team with high standard quality.
  • Participate/Drive interactions in Specific Topic/Channel.

Systems and Processes

  • Load and Maintain assumptions in Sysphera for Financial and Planning purposes.
  • Monitor and check quality of Information across the system (SAC, Sysphera – IPP – PBI) for DTC and Wholesales Channels (Monthly Processes Check)
  • Follow up Error Log (Delays and Issues) related to deliverables and Data quality.

Key Relationships:

  • Market Channels (DTC - Wholesale) Managers and their direct reports
  • Market FP&A Managers and their direct reports.
  • Market B&T / BP Managers and their direct reports.
  • Supply Chain Market Teams (Purchasing, Inbound, Availability, etc.).
  • DP Reporting and Tools, IT and Data Analytics.
  • DP Managers and Specialists.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • High data analytical skill, ability to identify and present critical issues, make recommendations and collaborate with cross functional team.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, Data Query, Dashboards etc. Experience with planning or Visualization software/tools is preferred (Power BI).
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions and stakeholders.
  • Result orientated, act with courage, and demonstrate positive attitude.
  • Pro-active, collaborative and positive attitude even in changing environments
  • Focus on detail and understand how it fits into the bigger picture
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communicate effectively and manage collaborative relationship with cross functional team and stakeholders.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum of 2 of work experience in DP / Finance / Sales / Customer Service.
  • Experience in the sports or footwear/apparel industry is a plus.
  • Advanced MSOffice knowledge
