Business Title: Store Manager

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop strategies to expand customer base, increase store traffic, and optimize profitability
  • Achieve KPIs by training, mentoring, and motivating the team, ensuring understanding of brand values and product knowledge
  • Ensure achievement of inventory shrink targets
  • Train staff on retail policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Guarantee high customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Manage staff appraisals and disciplinary procedures with management and HR
  • Handle store administration and ensure procedural compliance
  • Maintain health and safety standards in line with local legislation
  • Follow security procedures to protect premises, staff, stock, and company assets
  • Ensure outstanding store condition and visual merchandising
  • Oversee cash handling and banking procedures
  • Keep administration up to date and communicate relevant information to Head Office
  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including POS, stock, and petty cash
  • Use POS reports to analyze business needs
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends and in-store stock

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or similar is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of retail store management experience
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Business-minded with networking ability
  • Strong market and product knowledge
  • Customer-centric approach with a premium selling mindset
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Retail Store Manager for a 6-month temporary contract to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, manage staff effectively by motivating and inspiring the team, and maximize profit performance by achieving KPI targets. This role includes analyzing weekly, period, and yearly KPIs, and developing action plans to drive top-line sales. The candidate will support business strategies to raise store traffic, optimize profitability, and improve the customer experience in line with the retail strategy. The Store Manager will lead and develop a sales- and customer-focused team while representing the brand’s fashion and lifestyle image.
