Do you have an interest in or previous experience of Talent Acquisition?
Do you have excellent administration skills, are IT Savvy and familiar with social media and professional networking sites?
If so, we have registered a fantastic temporary opportunity working for this impressive local client. Starting ASAP, this assignment will be ongoing for a period of 2 months.
For the right candidate, if the booking goes well, there may be potential for it to become permanent, although this couldn’t be guaranteed.
The working hours are 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) with an unpaid lunch break

TEMPORARY TALENT ACQUISITION ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong administration skills, gained in either a recruitment, talent or HR position.
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networking sites.
  • Experience of IT tooling. (e.g. recruiting and HR systems)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior events coordination exposure.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Discrete and able to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities

TEMPORARY TALENT ACQUISITION ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for smooth running of day to day administrative tasks and candidate communication.
  • Supporting the Early Careers team with event coordination, logistics, and marketing collateral.
  • Working to attract top talent by adopting a robust, timely and well documented recruitment environment.
  • Supporting the creation of promotional activities for digital marketing.
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Promoting and enhancing the employer brand and delivering a great candidate experience.
  • Maintaining all necessary documentation.
