The selected candidate is responsible for supervising the transportation staff responsible for transporting residents to and from appointments and outings using the community vehicles; may include bus, van, limousine, and sedan. Qualifications Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum 3 years of experience as bus/van driver. Prior leadership role or supervisory experience is preferred. High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Must possess a valid and current driver's license. Possess or be willing and able to obtain a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) upon hire is required. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified. Additional requirements include: *Must have and maintain a clean DMV driving record. *Knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood area. *Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to deal with stress. *Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. *Possess a client and customer-focused approach to problem solving and goal setting.
