If you’re organized, love helping people, and enjoy turning travel plans into seamless experiences — this one’s for you. #LI-DNI About The Role What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate travel arrangements for monday.com employees around the world — flights, hotels, transportation, and more. Work closely with our travel agents and additional partners and internal teams to make sure every trip runs smoothly. Support travelers before, during, and after their trips — solving issues quickly and with a smile. Keep track of bookings, approvals, and travel documentation. Help us continuously improve how we manage travel at monday.com. Requirements What You’ll Bring Experience in travel coordination or corporate travel – a big plus! Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). A team player with a service-first mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Flexibility to join early or late calls — we’re a global company, and our travelers are everywhere.
