REQUIREMENTS:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (essential)
  • Forklift Truck License and Order Picker (IPAF) License (essential)
  • Relevant industrial/warehouse experience
  • Good working knowledge of cGMP and safety standards
  • Experience with ERP systems (essential)

Pharmaron acquired the Hoddesdon campus, consisting of several purpose-built scientific and administrative buildings together with a purpose-built conference area in February 2017. The research building has more than 5,000m2 of premier R&D space and houses an established Process Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry and Drug Discovery teams. In addition, a Formulation Development team was also recently established. The Hoddesdon site has state-of-the-art Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard facilities for the development of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), Formulation Development (FD) and Process Chemistry (PC).

Responsibilities

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain high hygiene standards through routine housekeeping of controlled warehouse areas
  • Provide a first-class service to other departments within Pharmaron ranging from goods receipt to material picking and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate goods receipt, stock issuance, and reconciliation procedures are adhered to
  • Update stock management systems in a timely manner and perform routine cycle counting.
  • Organise and control designated external waste areas
  • Perform all activities in accordance with Regulatory, Quality, and EHS site policies and procedures
