OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Tenancy Administrator to support our property operations team. This role is essential to the smooth running of our lettings and property management processes and will suit someone with exceptional administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and previous experience handling a variety of tasks by phone and email.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to tenancy-related queries by phone and email, offering clear and timely communication.
  • Process and track initial tenancy applications, ensuring all documents and checks are completed.
  • Raise and coordinate essential property safety certificates
  • Complete check-out inspections and manage all related post-tenancy administration.
  • Handle tenant deposit returns and disputes in accordance with deposit protection scheme.
  • Conduct routine property inspections, record findings, and update internal databases.
  • Produce detailed inventories
  • Adapt to handle various ad hoc administrative and property-related tasks as required.
