We are looking for a Fluent Norwegian speaking Tenancy Management Consultant to join our Team in Stavanger
Position Summary
Manage and oversee the entire day-to-day operation with the assigned market. Maintain unit occupancy and daily operations to maximize profitability. Point of escalation and on-site contact for issues with tenants and suppliers. Act as a facilitator of problem resolution. Ensure high quality of service delivery and compliance with Corporate Housing policies. Single point of accountability to the client and Account Manager.
Description of Duty
35% - Oversee the delivery of property management services, including policy counselling, the day-to-day operation of apartment inventory via our on the ground proxy and follow up with the service provider accordingly to ensure service delivery accuracy. Set up, manage and maintain apartment inventory. Responsible for day-to-day tenancy management of in-house guests. Minimize risk on damages and service failures. Provide feedback and updates, as needed, on the day-to-day operations to both the client and account manager. Escalation point for issues. Book additional local businesses from other referral sources.
25% - Inventory Management. Work with the team of Corporate Housing Specialists on inventory assignments. Manage inventory availability levels, maintenance needs and turn-key operations. Provide monthly availability reporting.
25% - Vendor Management. Establish and maintain strong relationships with the local suppliers/providers. Single point of contact for day-to-day vendor service issues, escalations and resolutions. Provide on-site support as needed.
15% - Account Management. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure minimal errors on the account. (i.e.: billing, reporting and accounts payable)

Qualifications and Preferred Skills

  • 3-5 years supplier management experience preferred
  • Strong conflict resolution
  • Understanding of local tenant and real estate laws
  • Ability to work under stress and maintain high level of detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service experience
