Anglicare is seeking a dedicated Tenancy Manager to join our thriving team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of people accessing long-term social and affordable housing. Based in the Illawarra region this role will also support services across Shoalhaven and South Sydney regions as required. The position is offered as an initial three-month contract, with the opportunity to make a strong contribution within a supportive and purpose-driven organisation. Key Responsibilities Working on a portfolio servicing residents to sustain safe and stable long term affordable and social housing Build strong, respectful relationships with residents and stakeholders Apply property management expertise in a community-focused environment What We’re Looking For Experience in property, tenancy or real estate. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel skills & Database Can work in dynamic circumstances which will require travel on a regular basis Drivers Licence and car for work Why Anglicare?
