EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in providing support and advice to tenants, particularly those with complex needs. Desirable
Experience working within a housing association, local authority, or similar environment. Desirable
Experience working with multi-agency partnerships to deliver tenant support services. Desirable
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Strong understanding of issues facing vulnerable tenants, including mental health, substance abuse, and domestic violence. Desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with tenants, colleagues, and external agencies. Essential
Ability to assess and manage risks associated with tenant vulnerabilities. Essential
