QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

✅ Experience with work order management systems, client portals, and scheduling tools
✅ Proficiency in RingCentral, Outlook Calendar, and email communication
✅ Ability to problem-solve under pressure and make informed decisions
✅ Familiarity with residential property maintenance operations (preferred)
✅ Ability to manage multiple work orders, vendors, and client expectations
✅ Strong attention to detail, quality control, and compliance
