Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tenant Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining positive relationships with tenants, coordinating property maintenance, and ensuring smooth operations through expert use of property management software. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Respond promptly to tenant calls, questions, and concerns, providing exceptional customer service. Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Utilize Rent Manager software to manage tenant accounts, track requests, and maintain accurate records. Support tenants with lease-related questions, billing, and general property information. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant needs efficiently. Prior experience in tenant relations, property management, or a similar customer service role. Proficiency in Rent Manager or other property management software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Experience coordinating maintenance and repair orders.
