Job Title: Tenant Services AdministratorJob Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tenant Services Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring seamless property management operations and enhancing tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have a strong understanding of property management software and processes. Responsibilities Process invoices accurately and timely in the invoicing system. Add new vendors in the vendor management system. Track monthly invoices using Excel templates. Manage tenant and vendor insurance processes by collecting proof of insurance and following up on expired certificates of insurance (COIs). Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance reflected in vendor invoices. Support the property management team in enhancing tenant satisfaction and retention. Essential Skills Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi and AppFolio. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. Customer service orientation. Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Working knowledge of lease agreements and rental law. Basic understanding of building maintenance. Experience in customer service, tenant relations, or a property management role is preferred (0-2 years). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as Nexus and Yardi. Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable. Work Environment This role operates in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, requiring adaptability and multitasking capabilities. You will work closely with the property management team to ensure tenant satisfaction and manage various administrative tasks. Proficiency in property management software and office applications is essential for success in this position. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Overland Park, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
